Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based out of Jacksonville, North Carolina. I love to travel! If the location is more than an hour away a travel fee be applied.
I will moving to Southern California October 2024
Do you have base access?
Yes!
What happens there is bad weather?
Living in North Carolina the weather can definitely be unpredictable! If the weather is raining or bad we will put your retainer toward a re-schedule and find another date & time that works. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the retainer will not be refunded.
Will you help us pick a location?
Yes! There are quite a few beautiful locations that are close by that I can recommend.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your session, your retainer can be put toward another date & time. Please let me know as soon as possible since I turn down other clients for your date and time. I get it— life happens and I’m very flexible. However, your retainer is not refunded if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule.
How do we book a session with you?
To book a session please use the "contact" form and I will be in touch with you as soon as possible!
How and when will we get our photos?
Within 2 weeks you will be emailed a link to an online digital gallery. You will be able to download the images to both your desktop and cell phone.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Fur babies are a part of the family and are always welcome if the location permits.
How do I use the client closet?
I have a few dresses that I own that are available for you to borrow during your session! I bring the dress to your session. There is no need to worry about washing anything. I take the dress back after and handle everything.
Do you give raw / unedited images?
I do not! Editing is part of the artistic process and it's what defines a photographer's style. The RAW, straight-out-of-camera files are usually not the most preferred way to distribute as the memory size is way too large and they are an unfinished product! Editing is half of the magic that goes into photos.
Payment FAQs
Is a deposit / retainer required to book?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. The rest of the session fee is due before the session date.
